Bit Torrent: Accused of Infringement!

The protocol of Bit Torrent Inc. is used by many people for the purpose of sharing and downloading films. Recently Bit Torrent has been accused of the copyright issues with a patent, which has allegedly been infringed from a San Francisco company.
Even the Bit Torrent Inc. that has its base in San Francisco has been accused of copying a patent numbered 7,301,944, which was issued by the U.S. Trademark Office in 2007. A company named Tranz-Send has suspected that Bit Torrent peer-to-peer file-sharing method infringes at least one claim of the patent. However, the Spokeswoman of Bit Torrent, Allison Wagda wrote in an e-mail that Bit Torrent had absolutely no opinion on the litigation.
