Bit Torrent is undergoing a makeover. It recently announced a brand new application with social channels this week so as to reach to a wider audience.
Bit Torrent is known for its peer-to-peer technology that makes file sharing easier on the net. With this new application, anyone who is downloading a file will get a faster connection as the number of people downloading it will increase.
The videos in Bit Torrent have a better quality unlike websites such as YouTube. The new application, called Chrysalis, in Bit Torrent will encourage people to share their own content and will also allow commenting on videos.
The only drawback observed in Bit Torrent is its unsafe open system. There are no security settings that block the other people from seeing your content or comments.
