According to the latest breaking news columnists, jewels worth $1, 25,000 have been stolen from redhead Julianne Moore's, West Village home. As per the revelations by the authorities, the popular Hollywood actress seems to have lost her exquisite collection of jewels, in the period ranging between late July and early August this year.

The news portal nydailynews.com has reported that the jewels included a $33,000 Cartier platinum bracelet and four Cartier watches. The celebrity's house was being refurbished in the absence of Julienne Moore and her director husband Bart Freundlich. There were approximately 20-28 workers and designers working in the premises when the incident took place.

As per reports, Moore was away in Toronto, shooting for her the remake of the horror flick "Carrie", while Freundlich was busy in New York. The theft of the jewels was reported to the local police authorities on the 1st Of October, 2012 and no arrests have been made so far.
